Marbotic is a french start up. They design interactive wooden toys for tablets. They were launching a product in exclusivity for Apple and they reached out to help them in building awareness in the US market.
The project:
They had an amazing product and they needed to work on the brand to connect with the US market. They wanted to identify the audience and open new paths of growing as well as understanding their place in us market
We worked together to understand their audience and find ways to rethink their brand narrative. We ran a deep research that included observing Montessori guides and schools, interview with parents, preschoolers, experts in Child education. As well as observation of family time and retailers.
We realized through research the impact of parents communities in family education and decisions and we understood the barriers of screen time at home. Due to confidentiality I can’t share the results of the research but contrary of what we thought parents and experts didn’t have anything against screens but about the content and the way this content is designed.
As a result of our work marbotic rethought their purpose, values and we draw the initial structure of a new business model and straategic ideas to build the brand experience.
Some of the outcomes were:
A video hosted on Apple store to communicate the new brand narrative.
A Digital and content campaign that increased their US community and awareness in 60%
